We work with platform, SRE, and operations leads who already own monitoring and logging tools. Our focus is narrower: how infrastructure events are defined, ingested, correlated, and reported through application analytics.
Engagements are scoped as services — intake maps, taxonomies, reconstructions, and reporting cycles — with informational pricing and written proposals. We do not sell checkout software or pretend urgency.
The studio is based at Blk6 10/A 99th Tai Tong Rd., Yuen Long District, Hong Kong. Sessions can be remote or on-site by arrangement.
